• 20 Sports Modes
• 24H Heart Rate and Blood Pressure Monitor
• 3ATM Waterproof and Dustproof / Anti-collision
• 350mAh Battery with 50-days standby
• Bluetooth 5.0

Design and Build Quality:

Kospet Rock in terms of design is not the most beautiful and does not differ from the Zeblaze Ares smartwatch, it’s inspired by the classic Casio watches with a square screen with a rougher appearance than most popular models and this is evident from its edges on the sides.

It also offers a large screen and two buttons, one for on-off and another for back-to menus. The overall body of the watch is of good quality because it is made of PC and metal, and this makes it light on the wrist, weighing only about 47 grams. From the back, as usual, the charging pins and sensors.

The strap here is made of silicone, measuring 20 mm, unfortunately, it is not removable and comes in two colors in the same body colors, Charcoal Black or Army Green.

Display Screen:

The screen itself is common in other cheap watches, its a color IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 240 * 280 pixels and the good thing is that it is large at 1.69 inch for greater readability of the text and the displayed data, the colors are somewhat acceptable and beautiful with some trouble in view when wearing it in the sunshine. And since a protective film is included, it will be more useful.

Watch faces:

Kospet Rock has 5 different watch faces pre-installed, and you can easily switch between them from the watch by long pressing on the home screen or via the DaFit app which has additional watch faces with customization capabilities for a wide variety of color, retro, analog, and digital faces available.

Waterproof:

Kospet Rock is a smartwatch designed to withstand and operate in challenging environments with 3ATM water resistance to a depth of 30 meters, which means that you can wear it while washing hands, on rainy days, or even in the shower, but its not recommended to swim in it or expose it to hot water or salt water To avoid any long or short term damage. Its also dust and shock resistant, so it will be ideal for outdoor sports or even heavy duty work.

According to Kospet, the smartwatch can withstand temperatures as low as -40 degrees, and a high temperature of 55 degrees, which makes it withstand under any circumstances.

Under the hood:

The Kospet Rock smartwatch has a built-in nRF52840 chip for faster response speed and faster data processing supported by 64KB RAM and 128M ROM. It also has a heart rate sensor and a G-sensor so this device manages your movement in every moment and takes good care of you throughout the day.

Also, it has Bluetooth 5.0 compatible with Android 4.4 and above or iOS 8.0 and above.

However, it does not have its own GPS sensor, which means that you will always have to use it with a smartphone to get your location

Usage and interface:

Kospet Rock is really easy to use, with a simple and clear graphic interface and good consistency between menus in terms of design and readability or even responsiveness.

The top screen is for shortcuts as is the case in many watches where you can access brightness, vibration, torch, stage and weather mode, and the settings button to access more advanced settings such as device information, reset and turn off the device.

Swiping up will show you any notifications you have if you have paired your mobile device with the smartwatch, including messages, missed calls, and more!

Swiping from the right on the Home screen will bring up most of the apps for you to scroll through, which display health and fitness functions.

And the screen on the left gives access to the app menu with a honeycomb design inspired by Apple watch.

Kospet Rock Health and Fitness Functions:

The Kospet Rock smartwatch is equipped with 20 sports modes including outdoor running, walking, indoor running, cycling, badminton, table tennis, climbing, rope skipping, swimming, yoga, spinning, jumping, and much more.

Additional features are real-time heart rate monitoring to check whether it is beating normally or not and sleep monitoring to measure your total light sleep, deep sleep, and wake time to provide you with an analysis of your sleep patterns and blood pressure and monitor blood oxygen levels to improve cardiovascular capacity.

This does not mean that the measurements given by this smartwatch are accurate, as most of them are highly unreliable, as it is not a medical tool, but it makes you closely aware of your health and physical performance. This is unfortunately often the case with watches in this price range.

You can also access call or message notifications, stopwatch, alarm, calendar, reminders not to sit, remote control of the camera to take selfies with a touch on the screen and you can control the music from just your watch.

DaFit app for the Kospet Rock:

Kospet Rock is compatible with the DaFit app for Android and iOS to help you set up and use the watch more efficiently. You can take advantage of some features, statistics, and functions without any additional equipment, such as steps taken, sleep hours, heart rate measurements that you have taken, and all this is done by automatically integrating the watch data on the main screen. You can also set an alarm, change watch faces, or you can set a daily step goal and change your profile settings. Bear in mind that this is not medical equipment and for this reason, do not rely completely on smartwatch data.

The app is downloaded through the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, so you know it is a safe app.

How to contact?

It’s easy to connect Kospet Rock to your phone. After installing the DaFit app and setting it up, all you have to do is log in and click on the + sign at the top of the app’s home page, and it will search for the watch and find it in seconds, and this must be done by searching for the Bluetooth and the watch through the app’s Bluetooth, not over the phone’s Bluetooth. This is done, and it will communicate directly and without any complications, with automatic time setting and updating the watch if there is.
