Chinese tech company UMIDIGI has launched a new smartwatch with important features called Umidigi UFit isn’t just a smartwatch but a fitness and health tracker So, you get a health partner 24/7. The wearable comes square shape of it is reminiscent of the Apple Watch or Uwatch 3 from UMIDIGI and equipped with high features such as SPO2, 5ATM waterproof, multi-sports mode and Bluetooth 5.0 and can last for up to 10 days on a single charge So, Let see the full details.

Umidigi UFit Smartwatch with SpO2 Monitoring Review

    Design of UMIDIGI UFit:

The UMIDIGI UFit smartwatch has similarities with the Uwatch 3 fashion and fitness smartwatch but With the UMIDIGI UFit, I think it is focused more on the fitness and health section.
the new UMIDIGI UFit comes with a square shape that has a simple design bezel with a curved screen, the smartwatch made in PC material, and compatible with men and women. the body is slim and light and has single physical buttons on the right side (wake up, go back), which is stylish and fashionable. having a metal body with 38g weight while the sporty silicone strap as well available in black only with stainless steel buckle.

The band on both sides made of silicon so make sure that when you’re putting it on don’t leave it on your hand for a very long time like more than a day you got to take it for a breather except that it will burn your skin but it is a really good band and you can change it very easily.

    Display:

Regarding the display screen! The new watch has a 1.3 IPS it’s bright and colorful with 240*240 pixels resolution and touch screen support. she is a full-color screen and it to have good vivid colors, sharp and with good brightness and contrast, There is, unfortunately, no automatic brightness control. Based on the promotional image as well as its specs stated on the website. The device is protected by a 2.5D screen tempered glass with an anti-fingerprint coating on top. Also, the smartwatch is waterproof up to 50 meters deep, splash-proof, waterproof as well as dustproof, it can not only be used when to dive.

    Features UMIDIGI UFit:

When it comes to features of The UMIDIGI UFit, it got the basics such as call and message notifications, auto step tracking with calorie and distance counter. It also has sleep monitoring, alarm app notifications, Find my phone, target reaching reminder, night mode, remote music control, and more. The wearable is available in different languages.

    Health:

The watch can also record various data and track your health status and several sports activities! like walking, running, swimming, mountain climbing, cycling, skipping, badminton, basketball, football, …etc.

UMIDIGI UFit is the first smartwatch by UMIDIGI to feature SpO2. The blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) level is a vital indicator of a person’s health. Where Blood oxygen levels between 95 and 100% are considered healthy; blood oxygen levels below 80% may lead to compromised heart and brain functionality. And tracking the SpO2 level is also a new wearable tech metric getting adopted by more manufacturers.

The UMIDIGI UFit tracks an individual’s heartbeat monitoring and checking when it’s normal and when things go wrong. All this is done 24/7 provided the watch is on your wrist. The watch counts the number of heartbeats you do per minute and monitors any changes.

    Battery:

While the battery capacity is 160mAh with 7-10 days of normal usage with several days of standby time can go up to 30 days on a single charge with the main features disabled that include Bluetooth is off. Also, the watch takes less than two hours to be fully charged.

    Hardware & Software:

It is powered by the NRF52840 processor with 128 MB of RAM and ROM. It has a heart rate monitor, g-sensor, as well as SpO2 monitor. And has a Bluetooth 5.0 compatible with Android 4.4 and above, iOS 8.0 and above, Starting all apps is also quick and usability.

also supports VeryFitPro data synchronization upload, making third party health apps more convenient to collect your sports data and keep a record of your progress and health status. Even the applications that use content from the smartphone (control of the music, notifications) manage without stutters. The operating speed was pleasant at all times.

This app, Veryfitpro, is actually really good and without most of the usual glitches, typos, bad English, and dead ends you see on others. The app works surprisingly well, stays connected, and serves its a function. I needed something functional around this price but I wish this had the ability to change to more than just the 3 or 4 preloaded watch faces.

The only downside to the watch is it would have been nice to have better app integration for things like Facebook/news/etc. for now, it’s fine with the performance of the UMIDIGI UFit.
